Yolo Hospice invites patients, caregivers, and loved ones to talk about their hospice experiences, including their losses and their triumphs. Yolo Hospice values each uplifting and quietly heroic hospice story with an appreciation for how they touch our hearts and offer support to others at various stages on their own hospice journeys.
You can submit your own video or written story to email@example.com. Please include your name, phone number and best time to reach you. We also encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about end-of-life issues.
All stories must be reviewed prior to being accepted for inclusion on the Yolo Hospice website. Video and written story authors will also need to sign a release prior to placement of their story on the website.
