Yolo Hospice invites you to join us for the annual Big Day of Giving – a 24-hour community event to increase philanthropy in the Yolo and Sacramento County. Donate to Yolo Hospice through BigDayofGiving.org on May 3rd to be a part of this special event. Last year we exceeded our goal of raising $25,000 – this year we’re setting our sights higher with a goal of $40,000, and you can help us reach it.
Big Day of Giving is an online event, but we’re also inviting the community to come see us. We’re inviting people to come by our office from 10 am to 2 pm on May 3rd. Meet our team, make your donation, and see our numbers rise on Big Day of Giving’s Leaderboard.
The Big Day of Giving is a part of a National Day of Giving called Give Local America, with more than 150 communities participating. The effort is brought to you by GiveLocalNow and your local community foundations: Yolo Community Foundation, Sacramento Region Community Foundation and Placer Community Foundation. The 2016 BIG Day of Giving will take place from midnight to midnight on Tuesday, May 3rd. For those 24 hours, online donations will be accepted through BigDayofGiving.org.
As the first established hospice in the Sacramento Valley, Yolo Hospice has the longest regional track record as experts in caring for people who have a life-limiting illness. We serve more than 180 communities in the five counties of Yolo, Colusa, Sacramento, Solano, and Sutter. If Yolo Hospice has touched your heart, we’re asking for your support. Make a donation on May 3rd and be a part of the Big Day of Giving.
