The signs of memory loss can be subtle: forgetting to take a medication, missing an appointment or struggling to manage finances. Many people with early memory loss still live independently, but they’re noticing changes.
You can do something to mitigate and minimize the impact of memory loss.
Join us for this one-day session of Brain Boosters. This class mixes mental and physical exercises in an upbeat and social setting to support brain health. Students will learn fun and creative ways to strengthen their brain by incorporating the five components of brain health into their daily lives.
Hosted by Citizens Who Care, the session will be led by Cindi Unger, who has been at the forefront of bringing these tools to Yolo County. She has already taught these skills to numerous classes. For this special workshop, she will be joined by Kristin Einberger, who designed the Brain Boosters tools.
